Oslofjord Triathlon offers several regular joint training sessions for its members. Here is an overview
Fixed joint training sessions
Swimming
The most common route is to swim to the pier and back (which is 865 meters each way), but in Sognsvann there are many opportunities for both longer and shorter routes. If the weather is nice, we sometimes end the sessions with a barbecue, which is announced on Oslofjord's Facebook group in advance of the swim. At the start of the season, we organize a separate swim in Sognsvann especially for beginners since for many it is a little scary to step out of the pool into the dark and deep water.

Recommendations for swimming
Swimming with Buoy: Recommended for safety and to be able to bring valuables safely. Contact the board to purchase an O3 buoy.
